Colour: ruby red with purples tinges. Bouquet: hints of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and cinnamon. Taste: elegant, warm and spicy with notes of mixed berries.
It pairs excellently with starters such as "gnocchi" with venison sauce and main courses of grilled meat and game.
